In addition to the information you are looking for, there you can find many interesting examples of the trends for this word by the whole year - rises or falls of it's activity and at the same time you'll know many tnteresting things about your competitors. Do not focus only on Google AdWords.

    Market Samurai keyword research is so much easier. You
    don't have to buy it, keyword research module of Market
    Samurai is free (even if your trial is expired).

    Definitly use Google Keyword tool for the search volumes and getting ideas, but this WILL NOT give you the keyword demographics.
