How do you people write your keywords.

    Example: Weigh Loss Website

If an article is about weight loss tips should you write

    1. weight loss tips, weight loss guide, top weight loss tips

    OR

    2. tips,guide,top tips

I never quite understand this because isn't stuffing a lot of weight loss in every keyword is bad?..... or not..???
    --------------------------------------------------------------------

and my second question is. should you separate keywords by comma or comma and space?

    1. keyword,keyword,keyword
    2. keyword, keyword, keyword

Include the main keyword once in the first 2 sentences and once in the last 2 for a 400-500 word article. Your LSI keywords are the related keywords Google expects to find to back up the keyword in question, include 3 LSI keywords per 400-500 word article. The best way to find your LSI keywords is to ask Google what they think. Go to Google's keyword tool (google it) enter your main keyword and you'll be given a list of related keywords sorted by relevancy, those are you LSI keywords.
