Keywords Selection Confusion

I have one site that is based on web design and development .The site has a virtual address of canada and site is from India . So what keywords I should opt Web Design Company India or Web Design Company..


If i opt India keywords whether it should affect site's ranking or not..

Any thoughts

Try to search keyword on keyword tool. you will get better keyword result for the site.

 

Perhaps you can try using some local phrases in your titles and increase your rankings for local based terms. People are no longer searching for 1 or 2 word terms as much. Their searches are now including 2-4 keywords for more focused and targeted searches.

 

you can try to use keyword tools to search a good keyword for you, it's better to do research before putting a keyword into using.

 

Thnks for your response and i wnna know which seperator is good in title tag Pipe Sign or any other sign.

 

If you are confuse on putting the keyword, just make it general the "Web Design Company" for you to target bothe india and Canada.

 

Well, hosting does matter but you can negate the effect by selecting your geotargeting location in Google webmaster tools.
As far as insertion of local keywords in concerned, this will surely affect your ranking. I would advise you to use an intelligent tool to generate local keywords. You may use ‘Keyword Country’ for get a exhaustive list of profitable keywords.... it's worth trying.

 

I you want a targeted keyword, Web Design India is better.

 

If you are looking to target audience only from Canada then use some region specific keywords, You can use keywords like 'Web Design Company' ,' Web Design Company Canada' etc.

You can also use Google Keyword tool.
