What do you mean by 1000 keywords, do you mean that if you type "weight loss" it will return 1000 weight loss related keywords in one search?

If so then the simple answer is that you will not find any tool which will do this for you, however if you use either market samurai, ibp like the poster above said or even micro niche finder then it is easily possible to come up with a list of well over 1000 keywords, but...

You will have to take your root keyword, which for example could be weight loss and search for it, the software will then come up with maybe a few hundred related words which could be, diet pills, diet plans and exercise routines.

You then simply put these words through the software and come up with another list for each word. Which would easily amount to over 1000 keywords in total

was just about to post that.

Start with Google Keyword Tool and get a good list, then use MS to expand on that list.

I use Micro Niche Finder personally. I use Google Keyword Tool as well, sometimes, but MNF pulls info from Google so it pretty much matches up. I love MNF because of the quickness and all the filter there could easily let you find KWs for over 1000 searches, or more, or less... whatever you want. Not knocking Market Samurai, I have heard good things about it, just never needed it myself since Micro Niche Finder worked so well.

Key word research is the most important part for selecting a potential niche.

For free keyword research you should use Adword Key Tool powered by Google.

Among the paid tool IBP and Market samurai are very good.

If you are looking for free 1000 keyword then Google Keyword Tool is the best. If you login in Google Keyword Tool you will get about 800 suggested keyword else without login you will get 100 keyword. Mention this keyword in your spreadsheet and search again for your needed keyword.
