    Hello!
    I make the site about Windows XP, some important programms on it, tuning, optimization and about the problems on Win XP. Have I any chances to be on top for the keyword Windows XP? There are 177mln of sites. I'm also wondering if the keyword "windows xp help" is popular because it's the main topic of my site. If the answers are NOT what keywords can i use ? :)

    Thats data that only Google will have - they are very tight lipped about how many searches are done for keywords, thats why we see overture as the main keyword tool.

    I doubt it - google returns 109,000,000 pages for "windows xp" - thats a lot of compition to beat.

    don't dream of a top 10 ranking for "windows xp" though, as it will never happen. you'll probably end up getting most your traffic from other sites linking to your site.

    Typical users would not use the quotes.
    You should perhaps check out targeting windows xp, windowsxp, and win xp combined with help and similar phrases - fix, solution, repair, patch... tuning, optimizing, optimising, tweaking.... the phrase windows xp alone would be extremely tough.
    You might try error codes... I search using them sometimes.
