    You can use seoquaketeam products semrush and seoquake. seoquake is free, with it you can obtain many seo parameters.In semrush you can enter your site and see for what keywords you ranking for and what position is.

    I think manual searching is the best way to check the rank(position) of a keyword. Most of the soft-wares in the market don't provide current ranking.

    Google Keywords tool is the best. Also, you can make a general search on Google and see how much competititon there is by looking at the number of results and adword ads. Try to aim for long keywords with low competition.

    You just use Google ad-word for for choosing a effective keyword for your website . Because google shows there competition also that's why we choose the best keyword for our website.

    there are many rank checker tools available on the net pick any one of them and you can simply put entire list of your keywords and with in few seconds you will get your keywords ranking in multiple search engines....

    for the last few weeks i have tried most of the free tools to get my SERP. but for the love of God none of them gave me the right result. so forget about this and try some paid tools :)
