first you have to find out the reason why this happening. it might be some effect of onpage optimization of the website so the first you will have to do to see the webmaster tools of this website. is there any error or not

There really isn't a quick solution. Like the others said, you should first see if the Google Panda update effected your site at all. By just taking a quick look I would have to say yes, the Panda update effected your website. You have very little actual content on your website. You have a lot of pages but its thin content. Also by the looks of it many of your pages are cookie cutter pages with just a different template on each page, I understand what you are doing but you should add more content to each one of these pages. I also looked at the keywords in the title. For a page like this one: flexitemplates.com/BrochureTemplates/Mobile-Phones-Dealers-1296 I would move the keywords: "Mobile Phone Dealers" to the beginning of your title and end with "Brochure Templates , Brochures Two Fold" Too many of your pages start with "Brochure Templates , Brochures Two Fold" so to Google it looks spammy.

Did you change the text on your page once you were ranking on Google?

I had a page that was ranked in the number 3 position on google and I came up with
the great idea to improve the look of the page. It had just a white background
with black text. No images or tables.

I changed the page and in hours my page droped to page 3 on google.

I just up-loaded the old page and my website was back on google in position 3 in about 4 days

Yep, we really have to monitor these things from time to time. A few possible steps 'n solutions:
    1. Use Alexa.com to see the backlink situation of the sites that overtook your SERP position.
    2. Try to get backlinks from most of the places THEY have backlinks from.
    3. Juice-up your web page. Add 3 or 4 new paragraphs with strong keyword usage.
    4. Buy some high-quality backlinks.

Their are several reasons for a site to loose ranking.
1- The content of the is not updating regularly.
2- Using Unethical methods to rank up in Google i.e keyword stuffing, using mirrors etc
3- Duplicate or copied content on the website.
4- Identical meta tags and title of the different pages of the website
5- Bounce rate of the website.
6- Negative reviews and user reactions about the website
7- Using unethical methods to build links and spamming the web.
8- Not enough quality backlinks to compete with other websites ranking up for the same keyword

Get the sites with the higher PR to link back to you and make sure that the links they place are all Dofollow, that should stop any further decline in the rankings.
