It is not compulsory that you should have only one <h1> tag per page. Most of the time <h1> will be the article title. and rest of the headings will be <h2>.
What do you mean by long posting? In a single sentence?. You can use it since keywords are nothing but the normal words. Yes I agree with you. I mean in one posting page, contains of a lot of paragraphs. Ok, I get it what you mean now. To my know, in one page of site, it's allowed in common range of keyword density between 7-10 % from all content we have. We can check it on keyword density site.
I ever used it to my page for SEO contest, and it's work and google doesn't bann my site . Well I wasn't the winner, but 7-10% is still normal.
It is always depends on google's view no one knows exact answer for how google will treat your page content. Evene some times google website's has been punished by google. after all its computer's job rite?
