    Put your sites into some relevant directories.

    Post some comments on Blogs and leave the signature.

    Continues link building will increase the SERP in Google so automatically you will drive your traffic. :)

    It is not compulsory that you should have only one <h1> tag per page. Most of the time <h1> will be the article title. and rest of the headings will be <h2>.

    What do you mean by long posting? In a single sentence?. You can use it since keywords are nothing but the normal words. What I want to say is don't repeat the keywords which may look unusual to the google crawler.

    I mean in one posting page, contains of a lot of paragraphs. Ok, I get it what you mean now.

    To my know, in one page of site, it's allowed in common range of keyword density between 7-10 % from all content we have. We can check it on keyword density site.

    That is correct. But, 7-10% is some what high. It depends on the page content.

    I ever used it to my page for SEO contest, and it's work and google doesn't bann my site :D. Well I wasn't the winner, but 7-10% is still normal.

    It is always depends on google's view :)
    no one knows exact answer for how google will treat your page content. Evene some times google website's has been punished by google. after all its computer's job rite?
