OF COURSE. Don't rely only on the front page keywords. Use custom keywords on every page you have. And don't smack them in there 100 at a time. Choose your keywords carefully in relation to your contet and 1-3 phrases can be enough. Cheers
I'd need to see the site in order to tell you if your internal structure is any good or not. Same with any other Web developer/SEO who has a solid understanding of information architecture. (Which, sadly, many do not.)

Spamming is not advised when you are thinking of concentrating on internal links in posts or pages. Search by the tag and category in your blog and if you are extending the post, insert valid keywords and bring out the links of the earlier posts.
