    I'm getting consistent visits from a keyword not listed.
    It's Organic and shown as Not Provided
    So far today, 15 Visits and 40% new.
    Only a 6% Bounce rate with 12 Minutes average time on site.
    Clearly it's a good source of traffic.

    How can I or can I tell what it is?

    Well I too get it and I just ignore it as far as it's organic as it's gonna count.
