Keywords made of two words

    How would you advise to include a double worded keyword? For example:

    fashion magazine: would it be enough to have (for example:
    'catwalk, fashion, magazine, woman' in your keywords? or:

    do you recommend 'catwalk, fashion magazine, woman' in your keywords?

    Or can I put it between a certain code to have to combination indexed too?

    Are u talking about your meta tags? If so I wouldnt worry about it since they are not used.

    bit of advice, when i had the word fashion in one of my keywords i got a lot of refferals for the word fasion, i would recommend putting common mis-spellings in the meta tag.

    Whos worried about them? They (Y,MSN,G) stopped using these years ago. Some smaller search engines still utilize it but its not like you will receive traffic from them. Meta tags are sooooo 90s. :D

    Not true. Meta tags don't carry a lot of weight, but it's still advantageous to use them. In some cases, (one of my sites) Google displays the meta description in the serps instead of an excerpt from the site. The real danger is to over-do it. I recommend a one-sentence description (no more than 5-10 words is necessary) and no more than say, 5 keywords for each page (I try to keep it down to 3).

    Ha ha, Aaron, There are many different META tags (link, refresh etc), two of which are "keywords" and "description". That's what I was referring to :)

    Ok so in the end it's good to have at least a title, description and a keywords meta tag, in my opinion robots (INDEX,FOLLOW) should be there too.

    Robots is not needed but doesnt hurt. If its not there it will index and follow anyways.
