    Hi ppl.

I have this list of my keywords about 5-6.

When I link to my web site from some directory or web site, what solution is better to be used as title of link if I want my web site to be ranked well for all of them.

To put most of my keywords in title, or to use only one key phrase per title every time.

    example:

fishing diving sailing windsurfing school India

    or

    Fishing school India
    diving school India
    sailing school India
    ...

    tnx

I think you can use Fishing, diving and sailing school in India as the anchor text.

I believe each keyword shares the weight of the total anchor, so the more words, the less weight per individual keyword. As a result, shorter phrases are usually better.

Also, it's not a good idea to use the same link text over and over again. Try to make sure to use different variations.

Would a webmaster typically link to a site like:

Hey, I came across this neat site about fishing diving sailing windsurfing school India!

No, they wouldn't. An search engines know that. I suppose it'd help you rank for the search term "fishing diving sailing windsurfing school India" but probably not very much at all for "fishing school in india" or any of the other likely key terms people will be searching for. I really dislike seeing anchor texts like that submitted to directories, etc.

Use different variations of keywords which may look good to readers. Don't just jumbled the words think also if your anchor text looks good. It's non sense.

You should use the phrase which is worthy and important for you.And you can use the code:
    <a title="keyword" href="http://www.yoursite"
    target=_blank style="text-decoration: none">keyword</a>

You can write more phrases in "a title" section. But consider that you write to short phrases are better.
