Keywords in Display URL

    I want to try to boost my CTR by putting keywords in the Display URL.

    For example:
    www.MyDomain.com/Keywords

    Does it matter that this subdirectory doesn't exist? The destination URL
    will take users to the website.

    No it doesn't matter that the subdirectory exists or not. It would be a good idea to create it however, just in case someone types it in their browser or Google insists that it does in the future.
