I think your site's content should be topic based. And firstly you should make a content and then choose the keyword, it would the best strategy.

I think 3% is too much. Take approximately 2%.

Keywords are important to use in your content. However, they have to appear naturally. I see a lot of keyword density advice on this thread. Be careful of such advice. 4 to 5% is keyword stuffing and it will cost you because at some point or another you will be penalized. Write naturally and read the content out loud to yourself. If it sounds awkward or unnatural in any way.... Then you are probably overdoing it with keywords. And by the way, listen to Matt Cutts, he knows more about what G wants then all of us!

Just write natural content no need of inserting keywords in content. User love natural content that make their interest to read and your site returning visitor % will reach high in graph.

Those keywords who are coming naturally in content is good but don't add more keywords that make your content spam.

If you have google analytic account and webmaster tool from same id then there is no need of any verification because you have already done when you uploaded google analytic code on your site page. And google analytic code place on your site page before closing of head section.

Yes, absolutely. Keyword is the most important element in seo. Choosing the right keyword is the most crucial step. Use the keyword that describe content of your website. Keywords should be placed properly with the density of 3-5% per page. Use keywords in the page title, the headings and in the first paragraph.
