    Yeah! Keywords are necessary to put into the content for high rank but they are not in excess. Good keyword density in content is 2%

    Sure, if you want to be pandalized.

    Use common sense and write an article that is for human visitors and has a natural flow. You'll find that the keyword probably exists about 2-3 times in the main content (for an average length article, e.g. 500 words).
