use one of the free search tools google/wordtracker/keyword discovery to get a good list of keywords to focus on What is the affiliate offer? just put yourself in the buyer;s shoes, what would they be searching for?
You should also check to see if your affiliate has any advice for you. I'd also suggest looking at the meta tags for the affiliate's website. You could also look into similar websites to see what keywords they are targeting.
