. no one can tell you your keywords or what to use honestly. you'd have to research. your keywords are like of a warez site. that niche it difficult. do some keyword research first.
Use Google's keyword tool, enter those URL's into the URL field rather than entering a keyword. That should give you a start, then just use those keywords to dig deeper.
use keywords like " download free softwares, download free games, Full movies download" these are the best keywords in my opinion

for keyword research use google adward tool, it is help you to find-out right and strong keyword for your site.
Anything that you have on your site with the word "download" before or after them as anchor text would be a real great help. It should be present in the title, description, headings and as anchor text with the link in place. This should really give a boost to your sites rankings.
