Hi guys, Ive been doing some keyword research on my new subject, ive seen some keywords that are getting over 100,000 searches a month, should i buy a domain name and use them exact keywords? Does this mean that i already have 100,000 impressions per month? when someone types the keywords that are exact to my domain will my site be seen on page 1 of google? Any help would be greatly appreciated... Oh 1 last thing... What does PR stand for, i see alot of you using this term. Simmo
Ive had a look at it but cant really make sense of it lol...Newbie Alert! should i buy the domain exactly on the keywords that are getting alot of searches? How easy or hard will it be to get seen if i do this? Cheers pal Simmo
Yes you should and no there not easy to acquire. The best keyword domains were registered in the 90's/early 2000's.
So if for example i see the these keywords "love to walk dogs" and it gets over 100,000 a month searches are you saying it would be very hard to buy the domain name www lovetowalkdogs com? Simmo
Ok i just purchased this domain... www thingstodobored com google searches say it gets 200,000 local searches and 135,000 searches globally. Is this domain name a good find? Simmo
You need to look at exact much not broad match why trying to determine demand for a keyword. "things to do bored" shows 480 searches/month for me.
I felt good there for a few minutes lol... ok i see i wasnt using exact match, thanks for pointing that out to me. But does this still mean that once my site is up and running i should get about 500 visitors? Would my site be visable to those who enter them exact keywords? Simmo
Exact match domains get a small boost but it's no guarantee that you will be ranked on the first page.
