In the google webmaster tool when i go under the search queries the keyword i'm targetting doesn't show up instead it shows some junk data . I'm using the keyword i want to target in the subject and description of the article still in the search queries show junk data such as "/?p=22" i think due to that my site is not getting any organic traffic what i'm doing wrong If you need more information let me know
Kindly PM your site link and snap shot of junk data. Generally on webmastertools> search query you can see some other (un-targeted) keywords also, this doesn't mean that Google search should not show untargeted keywords in search results. May be those keywords are less competitive or your competitors are not targeting those keywords.
May be because Google is getting smarter..From last month I have observed that Google is overwriting meta description with Excerpt content on site for most of my website.So I modified my content to suite Google norms and standards. You too try. This might help. My sites are getting ranked now.
It is important to make sure that you are working on the right keywords. Consider getting backlinks for various keyword variations for getting the best results.
The first two results are the site domain name. Initially the results were page numbers now they are some random character. I'm not sure from where google is taking this words.
Most of time google dosen't show maximum data if use free services. You can try from others services.
