Get the most out of a single keyword by collecting "meta keywords" or more direct and narrowed down terms. Example: Mountain Dew (your main keyword) Mountain Dew Cake, Mountain Dew Dumplings, Mountain Dew Throwback, Mountain Dew Calories, Mountain Dew health facts... etc.

This will get you views not only for your title, but for your information as well.

Meta-keywords and descriptions plays an important role in on-page optimization. Meta-keywords should more relevant to your site while meta-description should summarize important points about site in specific way.

Guys now a days Google is not giving importance to Meta Keywords. But Meta Titles and Meta Descriptions are still valuable. So concentrate on Meta Title and Meta Descriptions rather than Meta Keywords. Use your most primary keyword as a Title. Hope it will help

Use your keywords in content. Add them in title, in h1,h2 an h3 tags. Use keyword in the alt tags of the images. Create appealing, call to action descriptions. That's all.
Meta keywords filling is just a time waste.

Without title and meta description, your site is like an empty box.
