I was wondering, besides the url itself, what other parts of the page does Google search for keywords in-order to display the Adsense ads? Is there any easy way to display ads based on a certain keyword(s)?
Yes. Google searchs the text of the website for keywords. You may indicate to google witch keywords are the ones that are relevant by section targeting. See this for google´s explanation of section targeting https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=23168
Thanks for that. I have another question. I filtered out MFA sites last night, and today they are still showing on my webpage. Google faqs say that it takes upto 4 hours, it's been nearly 12 hours. Am I doing something wrong?
ime keywords in url has most weight for displaying related ads. but you must know that things are getting wiser and wiser day by day. so stick with quality of content and adopt quality writing skills.
