    it depends on your site :) if you want to make a site about porsche cars, then this is your keyword...if you want to make a site about mobile, then you would have keywords like samsung galaxy s3, apple iphone5, mobile reviews, mobile specs etc
    think about it like this : when do you want your website to come up in the search ? at what keywords ? if you would like people to finy by best mobile reviews website, then focus on this keyword..

    using google adwords,search a main keyword and get a whole lot of related words,up to thousand...

    google adwords also show how much times these words are searched each month,and ad heats.
    you may also use google trends and see the heat is going down or up...

    You can do keyword research with google analytics and Market samurai software is also good.

    If the keyword is too competitive, you might want to use helping words. For example use cheap HP 5100 ink cartridges instead of ink cartridges.
