    Google trends are good if you want to know whats the hottest news/searches at that given time.

    They provide the news/topics in keyword format with intensity and it's peak search time.

    But there are days when it moves very, very fast.

    Sometimes, they move pretty slow as well.

    I have a site which have 3 pr and good pr of inner pages but its keywords ranking are very poor, so i have decided to change keywords of my site's few pages.
    For this i am going to use google keyword tool.
    Please help me to find good search volume keywords which can be ranked easily.
