I am targeting a PPC campaign as follows: Targeted Locations: All countries and territories; Excluded locations: France. To set up this campaign I need a traffic estimator tool that will allow me to test this same geographical coverage. The Google Traffic Estimator tool does not allow you to exclude locations?!? (Why Google would treat location targeting differently in their Traffic Estimator and AdWords itself is a mystery to me). Market Samurai, the other tool I've been using, has even more limited geographic target. Can anyone recommend a keyword traffic estimator that allows you to exclude locations? Thanks, G
Google Adwords Keyword Selector Tool has been a great help in determining what keywords we should select for any given SEO campaign.
Hi again. Google's Keyword Selector tool has limited geographic targeting, compared to the options you have when setting up an AdWords campaign. Specifically, I need to do keyword research on a geographic area defined as the world, minus one country. If anyone can point me to a Keyword research tool that has more comprehensive geographic targeting, it would be greatly appreciated. Me and tanveerhabib can't be the only ones out there who have this issue? Thanks, G
the traffic Estimator built in Adword does not have an option to exclude a particular demo, to get around this what you can do is get the traffic estimate for all location and keep it in notepad, get the traffic estimate for france and then substract it from the one you put in notepad. The value left is , All traffic excluding france right?
Maybe it would be more useful if you estimate your target geographics one by one. So you will know the traffic in one local geographic, than you write it down. Than you can use it one by one or all of your data to make a strategy to for your keywords. Good Luck and Success !
