I want to know that how can i track my ranking on Google.ae search engine with many keywords is there any tool to track ranking of .ae search engine.

Earlier Google did provided API to track ranking in Google search engine which was the best tool. If you have that you can use it.

Hey there! there are lots of softwares you can use for keyword tracking, but what I highly suggest is the seo cockpit (seocockpit.com)
That's what I'm using at the moment and hasn't given me any problems. Gives me what I need to track my keywords

 

you can also use ibp or wordtracker
there also a tool in seo powersuite
but often times i also check them manually

 

seo powersuite I find to be the best if you willing to pay its hefty price tag

I use Advanced Web Ranking - it tracks historical data too, so you can show clients your efforts!
I've heard a lot about Market Samurai too.

Both have trials, So I'd reccommend trying them both out!
