Shortbus, Randy and Cartman - what type of server is the page hosted on? I don't know if this means much buy ours is on WHM, Centos - CPanel 11.24.5 it has some auto updating done so I think a change was made and I can't find it. I believe it is blocking all access from DP or the IP it is using. Anyone have ideas or a fix? If you can't log into the DP account you will have to ask Shawn to remove the Web address you have in the account. Then you will be able to get in again, but you will have to change servers or website to use it again.
I added a function to let you clear the script in your settings yourself (before it tries to access it): Login first (so you are at least authenticated), if you get stuck on a white screen go to this URL and the script will be removed from your preferences: http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords/?action=clear_script
Thanks Shawn! That saved the day! Note. Can you post the IP address of the server requesting the tracker script since seems my server firewall blocked your IP address range and this caused my account to "white screen" . Cheers, Venetsian
Currently it would come from 216.9.35.51, that may change in the future though, so probably would want to white-list 216.9.35.xxx
Can you tell me where you will add this? If in Cpanel, what to click on? I have looked at everything and I can't find where to add.
This is not in CPanel but in WHM (Web Hosting Manager) so if you are on shared account you may have to contact your host and ask them if they can add the IP to the allowed list. I have my own development server. Cheers, Venetsian
I use ConfigServer Firewall CSF. If you have it enabled then it should be on the bottom of the left sidebar. You must enter its admin panel and there you have options to remove blocked IP and then add-friendly IP so that it won't be blocked any more. Cheers, Venetsian.
