Verio moved my hosting account to a new data center. They changed my IP address as well as the DNS. Since this transaction took place two days ago keyword tracker stoped responding. I have cleared all cookies and caches and newly uploaded the advanced script as well. No change. If I click a single keyword the error answer is: While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords/? The following error was encountered: * Zero Sized Reply Squid did not receive any data for this request. Your cache administrator is webmaster.
Hi Shawn, good to hear from you! I uploaded tha .php script from an other machine. Cleaned the cookies and cache again. Tracker is since at least 36 hours trying to run one -check all-, stops after 30% of the keywords and then starts again with no results. The dates are 11th and 12th. All ranks are at n/a -9.9.. I have send an email to verio asking them to help on the .php issue as well. So far no answer except the obvious "we have receipt your ..." reply. Any new idea?
In the mean time I have tried 2 different servers, 4 different machines and 3 different browsers, from all browsers after hitting a single keyword I receipt the same error message as described in my first thread. Keyword tracker has stoped showing any activity since 24 hours. The "query thread running remaining keywords" stoped at 683. Using refresh leads to no activity. Is it posible to refresh the query thread from your side? No sufficient answer from Verio so far...
Try removing the advanced usage script form your settings. You will be limited to Google only, but at least if it runs through okay, it has to be something on your server somewhere.
O.K. this works for the Google related keywords if I check them one by one manualy. The refresh of the remaining 683 still don't show any activity at all. From my point of view the problem is 100% related to Verio... still no answer from the so called "24 hours customer service"!!! Thanks a lot for all your help, your services are outstanding!!!
