Hello: I would like to say that this is an excellent tool. Thank you. I am certain that i am doing something wrong. Without being too specific in regards to my company or keywords i will try to explain the situation the best that i can. As of right now i am trying to track keywords and their respective rankings for google only. I have 183 current kywords that are being tracked. Only half of them show up as a ranking. Am i usinng too many keywords for one account and one API? Another thing that i am doing is tracking 2 different domains, would this make a difference? Some of the keywords are duplicates as i am working in 2 different domains. I have also played with the settings over the past few days and the only thing that i have tested was the Search Through First (X Amount) Search Results. I had been running it on 10, then switched to 50, but then back to 10. I did not exceed the querey limit for the day, this was done on different days. I have no restrictions. About half of the pages say N/A I am certain that it is something that I am not doing right . I have verified that at least half of the N/A entries are ranked in google (The Majority rank number 1 ). I could really use some direction for this issues as i am tired of manually checking rankings for these keywords. I have tried to use a different api key, and that did not seem to help. Thanks again for the excellent tool and as soon as i figure out what i am doing wrong, i may eventually want to use this on a couple hundred more domains. Thanks, Mike
try your domain without the www in it. THat has been suggested a few times to people having this problem.
What's a specific keyword/URL combo (exactly as entered) you think it's reporting incorrectly? And where do you think it should be reporting the position at?
I shall try this. Its a large number of keywords and keyword phrases that are not reporting correctly. Would it be acce[table that if after i remove the www. from the list, i could PM you with that information? I would rather not discuss what keywords and what the domain is. Thanks, Mike
