There was some weirdness when we upgrades our DB servers, in that the new version of MariaDB is forcing an improper encoding. The data isn't lost (thankfully), it's just a little screwy cosmetically right now. Hopefully I should have it all back to normal by tomorrow.
Actually, I got it squared away before I went to bed... let me know if it's not fixed for you now (it should be). Time for bed for me now.

Sorry about that... let me know if it looks normal now or not. We've been doing a lot of server upgrades and it's been affecting some of the non-latin collations on some of the databases.

Glad it's working... There is going to be one more major change to the DB servers in the next few weeks, but then things should be done with the backend changes for awhile.
