I am running campaign for a dentist and I have below questions for the same:

    1. I would like to know how I can target keywords which gets regular true traffics.
    2. How can I know about competitors traffics, In which keywords competitors are getting regular traffics and competitor's other keywords too (where they are getting traffics)?
    3. Is there any way to know competitors statistics about traffics...?

Please PM me or post here your thoughts...

    Thank you...:)

There is no simple solution to your problem

You can find out how much traffic a keyword is likely to get by using "Google's Traffic Estimator" tool.

You can't find out exactly how much traffic your competitors are getting, but you might be able use alexa.com to get some rough estimates.

You can find out if a keyword is working or not for a competitor by constantly monitoring a certain keyword everyday and noting who appears. If an advert stays there for a prolonged time (say 6 months) you could make the assumption that the competitor is successful in using that keyword otherwise they would probably have taken the advert down. You can get automated tools that will do the monitoring for you on multiple keywords, e.g: spyfu.com and adspypro - they are both paid products however.

You are running a campaign for someone and you do not know which Keywords to target?

Should you not be more concerned with Keywords directly relative to this clients campaign including Geo/Area targeting for their office as opposed to what Keywords other "Dentists" are using for their campaigns?
