Hi, If I stick in "Britney Spears" I get the following overture result: britney pantyless spear 7,675.6 /day However, if I stick in "britney pantyless spear", overture only returns 324.5 / day. What is the reason for this discrepancy? Are there any other similar tools out there? Thanks, fcmisc.
it has to do with the annoying fact that overture doesn't support words in plural form; when you type in 'britney spears' it thinks 'spears' is the plural form of 'spear' instead of a last name. That's why it shows in the results 'spear' instead of 'spears', but it seems it does include the plural form in the results where it says 'spear' hence the generated result of "britney pantyless spear 7,675.6 /day " So when you do put only the singular form for search like "britney pantyless spear" it does not include the plural form 'spear', thats why you get the 324.5 / day.
