When you mention hidden text and keyword stuffing, people often think of the 50 lines long text white text on white background in the footer of a webpage. It essentially means placing text on a webpage but for search engines only, not the user.Keyword stuffing is putting a keyword phrase, or several, multiple times within a webpage, to the extent where whatever is on the page doesn't even make much sense because of the repetitive keywords.

Keyword stuffing means using the same keywords again and again in the contents.

    Hi Bekky,

You can use the 2-4% Keyword Density in one webpage.

Filling pages or loading the webpage with keywords or numbers results in a negative user experience, and can harm your site's ranking. Keyword stuffing is a so-called "black hat," or inappropriate, technique used by webmasters to trick search engines into ranking pages higher in their results.
    Examples of keyword stuffing include:
    • Lists of phone numbers without substantial added value.
    • Blocks of text listing cities and states a webpage is trying to rank for.
    • Repeating the same words or phrases so often that it sounds unnatural.

The most important thing is satisfying the end users. That's why you should forget about keywords when writing. It would be good making it a afterthought. Maybe after you've completed your writings and start looking for few places you can keywords. Making it look natural. Remember, the end uses is what counts not bots.

3-4% is a bit too much. Don't think about density, write content that reads naturally. This will give you a density between 1-2% which is normal.

There is no such number for % keyword density that should exist as per Google. You just need to ensure that the keywords have been placed such that when you read the content it does not appear as if you have added keywords forcefully.
