Does Google penalize a website that stuffs keywords in image ALT tags and anchors TITLE attributes?

I would like to hear people's experiences with keyword stuffing in those particular tags.

A lot of keywords attached will indeed create a problem for you, it will surely be penalized by Google.

I don't see any problem with using keywords in alt attribute and title attribute as long as the keywords is relevant and you don't put much keywords on alt and title.

If I put 2 keywords separated by a comma in the ALT tag of the logo, is that considered stuffing by Google?

keyword stuffing is frowned upon by google - i don't think that two keywords in an alt tag is a problem, i do that from time to time and google doesn't have a problem with any of the photos i post.
i write a short apt description in the photos of my site for the Alt tag, and on some pages there are quite a few photos of the tourist town that i live in, and i often will include a keyword phrase/keyword, sometimes not - but i always like to vary the alt tags, i think that's the key, to vary the descriptions/wording, whether in Alt, description, keywords or title meta-tags...

ALT and TITLE attributes should be descriptive. there is no problem, if you put keywords in them. but values like "kw1, kw2, kw3, kw4" can cause you a ban or atleast filter.

You should be OK as long as you don't go OTT.

keyword stuffing per se will get you into trouble, whether you stuff tags, text or anything else.

You should always keep your keyword desntiy less than 3%. More than that can be considered as keyword stuffing, which will result n a penalty :/

It depends how did you mean about "your keyword stuff" and how you integrate them. I found many sites stuff keywords by placed an appropriate sentence. Most of their sites haven't got any penalized but you must not use repetitive keywords too much often like "buy cheap cars buy cheap cars buy cheap cars"

The most one that can raise the flag is title tag, avoid abuse them as much as possible. :)
