Keyword stuffing in new listings

    I have realized a trend of keyword stuffing going on in the anchor text of a few listings. Has the policy changed?

    Example:

    http://www.dmoz.org/Regional/North_...s_and_Economy/Real_Estate/Residential/Agents/
    for

    http://www.dallasblvd.com

    It likely has something to do with the number of Real Estate Agents from Texas that have access to that category.

    Though, honestly, I'd be willing to bet that in this instance it may be a mistake & that the editor that put that there hit the OK button by accident...as that site is FAR from listable.

    Well it wasn't pedophile website or it would have stayed for few more months until matter got properly discussed. :D
