Keyword spamming...

    I am new to internet marketing, and I often see websites with all their related keywords dumped in the footer of their pages. Is it worth me doing this? Would it help or hinder my website?

    Its not recommended. Thats keyword stuffing. Supposedly those sites would get penalized having less ranking today or tomorrow. But again question is how many keywords is considered as stuffing?

    I thought this too, however then i read an article on a very well acclaimed SEO website, now i can not remember what it was, which said that you can put a couple of words in your footer, make them in to a sentence and they will be ok.

    However i would also like confirmation over this. I really can not remember where the post was

    willyboy104, you could mean footer navigation text links. Some sites have massive JavaScript or Flash Menu and hence, they need to include these text links at the footer for the search engines to crawl..
