    Hi
    I am selling another high earning potential niche site. Most webmasters must be aware of the high potential of sites in furniture niche. It is a TLD domain and not an .info domain.
    The site that I am selling appears on the 3rd page for the keyword Herman Chairs. According to Google Adwords ‘herman chairs’ has about 49,500 searches and an excellent CPC of $15.45. Some other related keywords for the site include 'herman office chairs' that has about 14,800 searches a month. I have put minimal marketing effort and the site already appears on the 24th position in Google. With little effort it is not difficult to bring the site to the first page.
    The site is registered at godaddy. So free push to your godaddy account.
    The site is new, so assume no traffic and no earnings. Most sites that I have sold earlier have been sold at bin price.
