    Hi !

Here is your answer : First you have to think like your customers, take a walk in their shoes in order to create a first list of keywords. So the first step is basically about to coming up with as many relevant keywords as possible. This requires a lot of brainstorming. You can use the Google Keyword Tool to find more keywords.
Then you have sort out those keywords, from this list you make groups of similar keywords. Two- to three-word phrases are usually best. Remember to avoid generic keywords, which can result in less-relevant ads. For example, if you choose "shoes" as a keyword, you can be sure you won't appear on the first results as bigger companies have the monopoly.

One important thing to know is that search advertising is dynamic – advertisers are constantly revising their ad campaigns and searchers are constantly searching for different things. To keep up with this ever-changing environment, you should continue to test and refine your keywords. Build on keywords that work, and delete others that don’t. Track your results using your performance stats in your account (such as clickthrough rate and conversion tracking).

I hope this will help you !

    Good luck
