Keyword search volume difference

I was just wondering that difference between two keyword serch tools the keyword volume different is like:

stock trading - 12266/day(google Keyword tools)
stock trading - 213/day(seobook keywords tool)

its a huge difference between these two tools so have any idea about this difference.

It is hard to believe only 213 people search for 'stock trading' daily.
