Keyword Rich Domains no longer useful?

I remember 2 years ago, people were making a ton of cash with crappy sites as long as they have a keyword rich domain like 4slicetoaster dot com. Anyone having success with this old strategy still?

 

This is the best way to earn from Adsense aside from owning a huge site IMO. It's great for SEO and will get you lots of organic traffic.

Main site is just for show called but the Niche sites are the main source of money....

 

If there is decent content, yes keyword domains is still give you better results IMO.

 

It still helps to have the words in the domain, primarily because it guarantees you will have the keywords in each and every URL, and early on in the URL too. It's becoming less important though, as engines get smarter.

 

When it comes to ranking, it works for me with the main keyword in the domain name
