Keyword Research - Which Is Better For Picking A Domain?

    ok still a little confussed with this 1 people...
    If i type into google keyword research something like

    "Work Online From Home" showing 20,000 searches a month.
    "WorkOnline FromHome" showing 40,000 searches a month.

    So does this mean if i was to choose my domain name then the best result would be www WorkOnline-FromHome com with hyphens??

    I keep getting told not to use hyphens but the keyword research is telling me to use a space between my words for better search results!?

    Would really appreciate the help guys... I have more ideas for domain names but i really need to get this sorted out before i go any further lol.
