Keyword Discovery is working pretty well for me. The free service allows you to see the top 100 keywords for your specified keyword, you do have to subscribe however for all of their other services.
I love the keyword tools provided by Google, inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/ and tools.seobook.com/keyword-list-cleaner/ all these tools are very useful.
I use a mix of keyword tools, the best free one is http://www.keyworddiscovery.com/keywords.html but i find IBP 10 (http://www.ibusinesspromoter.com) to be pretty useful for optimisation.

I've just signed up today to keyword country.. it seems pretty interesting and has some features i hope will help me make more with adsense.. i've already put a list together and will try to launch 3 sites based on these niches... maybe it's time i begin to make decent cash off adsense.. wish me luck
