Hi Guys, I'm looking for a tool which will give me the number of searches for a specific keyword/s. I'm developing a keyword strategy and need to know the most popular keywords. What's the best tool out there? Also is there something you can use to see what position you are currently in? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
It is not possible !! Now You can only check compersion of few keywords via Google Trends tool Regards
They aren't useless, its just that we prefer different tools to look for some keywords.. BTW i use overture for KW suggestions; and Keyword Discovery, Google trends for KW analysis
Take your time: With Google Trends, you can compare the world's interest in your favorite topics. http://www.google.com/trends What are some best practices when using the Keyword Tool? https://adwords.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=64886&hl=en_US Get quick traffic estimates for new keywords. Traffic Estimator https://adwords.google.com/select/TrafficEstimatorSandbox Use the Keyword Tool to get new keyword ideas. https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal?defaultView=2 Overture Keyword Selector Tool http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/
you can try http://inventory.overture.com/ and google adwords as a good tool for it. If want to know the list of keywords where you already ranked, try this seodigger.com
What are you using now that Overture is down? Does anyone have any idea when or if it will be up? I read an article that said that Yahoo was going to make it better. Any one heard any more on that?? Thanks,
It seems like the overture keyword tool is down again (its been a couple of days now) Anyone knows what the deal is ?
I've notice it also. Overture is often down. What seems to be the problem with that tool. It;'s one of a good tool that I've use but I can't use it now.
well, aside from the site is always down, another thing is its data are still not updated but I still prefer this tool
It's always down because, from what I heard, they're trying to slowly get rid of it. The data is almost a year old now... I would NOT rely on the Overture Tool!
Clenard thanks for the info, but I would not really bet my life on the results of the tool, but it has always helped in my research and I even created my own version of it http://geoland.org/tools/searchqueries/
