    Market Samurai - $149
    Micro Niche Finder - $99

Both of these have only a one-time free.
They've also been around for awhile (constant updates) and have positive reviews.

market sumurai can be had for $97 since they offer a 35% off after the free 7 day trial. I used market sumurai and although it is nice, I believe you can get the same information by using google keyword tools.
Just my opinion, maybe you should try the market sumurai free trial and judge for yourself.

I like Micro Niche Finder because it save a tremendous amount of time vs. Google's Keyword Tool. There are a couple of features that really make it worthwhile. I would suggest you go to Youtube and see some reviews of the product.
