I have recently launched a website for my business with more than 5000 products. I did a keyword research & competitor analysis but I still have this feeling that it isn't enough. Can anyone tell me what strategy do I consider to do the keyword analysis? I'd even like to know how do I start SEO on a website with more than 5k products. I've pretty good knowledge in link building and all but I'd never worked on shopping website before. Suggestions please and thank you.

Type the keyword for target country and google search and estimate the keyword with low competition which should be more suitable for beginning websites. Google adword tool doesn't shows up low competition keyword. It only shows all keywords with high competition or single phrase keyword with really high search volume. How would yolu recommend me to start? My client wants to target high competition keywords only.
