Keyword research for article submitting

    Could anyone experienced in keyword research recommend a primary keyword for this site, http://vibranthealthmedia.blogspot.com/
    I am looking for just the main keyword, I have a list of others already.
    It's a weight loss product and I'm wondering if I should use something like "safe weight loss" or "natural weight loss" because maybe "weight loss" would be too competitive?
