Hi, i have recently taken over a PPC campaign that has been going some years. I have wanted to improve the campaign for a keyword 'telepresence' , in my campaign it has a quality score of 2 and the keyword relevance is listed as poor. I have put the Telepresence keywords in their own group, i have only 1 ad running which has 'telepresence' once in the title and twice in the body and the landing page has many onpage references, h1 title, alt and meta tag references even with all of this it still hasn't affected the score. With such a loq quality score it appears as 'Rarely shown due to low quality score'. Any help on this would be really appreciated as im really stuck with it Thanks in advance **Edit I have made the changes to the ad about 6 weeks ago and updating the landing page about 2 weeks ago. How often do the quality scores get updated?
