Anyone knows a tool that i can use to check the keywords ranking from the past few months? Say for example i want to check my site rankings 2 months ago. For the purpose of checking if there were any changes.
No such thing... Think about what you are asking... some tool that tracks every keyword (and somehow knowing what your keywords are) for every website in the world are. Such a tool would almost require an infinite amount of resources. Assuming bandwidth and all that wasn't an issue, just the raw data you are talking about would probably take over a PB (1,000,000 gigabytes) for every day it was tracking for. I never looked for such a tool, but I can 100% guarantee there is no such thing.
