Last week, some of its keywords were ranking on the second page of Google, but this week they are not found even in the 10th page. I don't understand what happened, how suddenly the ranking get losed. I don't understand the issue. Please help me and guide me what to do now.Regards

by google updating i also lost the ranking of our company page against keyword of graphic designing solution in New York. First this keyword was showing on first page of google result. But now it is vanished.

I think it is because of new Google algorithm. First of all you should check your back links. Second changes your website content and meta-tags. Leave your old Targeted keywords for some time and try to new long tail keywords. If your site has some duplicate pages then use rel=no index tags to avoid duplicate content matter.
Hey, Ajay, I think you need to get a back link tracker and check your site backlinks. Maybe a competitor has spammed you with crappy links? This is a probability these days, negative SEO services seem to be on the rise. Also, did you get any notices in Google Webmaster tools? Hmm, it could be the site's structure or content. You homepage is very nice, but I wouldn't say it's Google-friendly. Just my opinion.
To select the best keywords for your website first analysis your site then select keywords related to content on the pages. You can select long tail keywords because they have low competition and easy to rank. You can also use Google Adword keyword research tool to get the keywords for your site.
so simple open google and put it your keyword in search box then press cntrol + f then put it your website address then check on pages you can check your website on which page comes your keyword ranking..
