Keyword ranking lower for .co.uk then .com

    Hi

    I have a particular keyword that Is ranked a lot higher in google.com then google.co.uk

    However I feel that a lot of my target audience would be using google.co.uk and I was just wondering if anyone knew why this would be and how I could improve my ranking for google.co.uk for this particular keyword.

    G Webmaster----> setting for a website then choose the search engine you want your site to be main with.

    There is already a valid solution to this. I wonder why no one has posted that here..

    In Google Webmater tools you can set a Geographical area (country here) for your website. If you set it to some country then Google tries to optimize your site's search engine placements to that particular country.

    howevr this would take some time. Just try this !
