Keyword ranking is not stable

Hello Friends
I am working on a website http://www.preptronics.net/ from the past 6 months. My website keywords ranking is not stable. I have done various seo tasks like directories, social bookmarking, blog comments, blog submissions, article submissions, classified ads, press release, yahoo answers, serach engine submissions to make the keyword ranking stable, but I am not getting any result. Some of keywords are still not in search engine result pages. Please recommend me some new seo tasks to get the effective results.
